• Antioxidants - our olive trees live a tough life high up in the Andalusian mountains, giving them exceptionally high polyphenol content (always over 1100mg per litre - the strongest on the UK market).
• Fresh - olives are picked, pressed and sent from Cris and his family within weeks. Only ever the most recent harvest.
• Extra Virgin - early harvest, cold pressed, single estate. All the buzzwords (but they're actually true with us!)
• Sub zero storage - olive oil gets worse the longer you keep it. We store it below -10C to slow this down.
• Hand picked - no tractors or machinery can reach our trees due to their position on the mountain. Only the best olives get picked.
